GaiaDAO DeFi is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that aims to create an ecosystem of prominent DeFi products on the Binance Smart Chain while supporting environmental and philanthropic organizations. The mission is to leverage the scale of decentralized finance to create exponential positive environmental impact. The GAIA community members, using their governance tokens, will vote on which organization to support. This allows for the community to decide where donations are needed the most and for the protocol to support various organizations over time.

$GAIA is a reflective governance token designed with a 5% deflationary transaction fee which is automatically called by the smart contract functions. 1% of every transaction will result in being redistributed to GAIA holders.
